Employees agree to interviews and share their personal life experiences that have been impacted by the working conditions. Unions have begun to use the power of social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok.    We are able to see the support unions receive from the community. Many people are appalled to hear the stories  and the disrespect many employees face on a daily basis. The public is also able to see what Amazon has to say about the situation.   Amazon has made it clear that they are opposed to workers having a union. The company has spent millions of dollars hiring labor consultants. The consultants a meant to help the company strategize and plan ways to convince workers to vote against the union. According to the Hill “Amazon held numerous anti-union meetings that workers were required to attend and plastered “vote no” posters at its warehouses — both common tactics. This prompt delivery requires a lot of planning and logistics. Amazon has various fulfillment centers that allow them to store and manage all the products they ship to customers.
